Hello everyone!

Welcome back! For my second card today I am sharing another flower-ish card. I just can’t get enough of them right now –  since they aren’t really blooming outside yet and I am so ready for them to color up the world again I am making as many flower cards as possible. So I used the beautiful roses from the Flowers Geranium and Roses stamp set again:

Here’s the full card – and as you can see I went with very soft colors.

After heat embossing the image with white embossing powder onto watercolor paper and coloring it in – will tell you more about that step a bit further down in this post – I covered the image with paper and stamped the Letter Background stamp with yellow ink to fill up the background a bit.

Next I added the frame. This is from the Granar i ram “God Jul & Gott Nytt Ar” stamp. I’ve cut it apart so I could use the frame and the christmas trees with the saying seperately. I still can put them back together if I need or want to. But with doing this I have more options to use the frame. I’ve done this with quite a few stamps I own and doing it the first time was really hard. But it gets easier 😉 – and so far I’ve never regretted having it done.

And here are the flowers. As mentioned did I heat emboss them with white embossing powder. Usually I use Copics to color images in – and for more detailed images I have to stick to them because I won’t get a good result with watercolors. But with images like those roses I can handle the Distress Inks – and they are what I’ve used here. I went with Scattered Straw, Peeled Paint and Broken China.

In the end I’ve added a few green Enamel Dots and a small banner with a saying stamped on.

Hello everyone!

It’s Kathrin here today and for my first post today I am sharing a card that gives a glimpse into a special world…. Have you ever wondere what it looks like in fairy land? Well, I’ll show you a small piece of it with today’s card.

Let’s start with the top layer. I’ve had my Distress Inks for a few years now, but besides to ink up some edges I hardly used them until recently. Since a few weeks that changes and now I use them nearly daily. I just love the backgrounds you can make with those combined with stencils. Here I created a cloud background with Distress Ink Chipped Sapphire and cut an oval window from it. The background is matted with black cardstock. I also cut another slightly smaller oval from it to frame the window and bring out the brighter colors inside the window better.

To the bottom of the window I’ve added a banner with one of the sayings from the English Christmas Lyrics stamp set. I only inked up the “magical” and left the other words from the christmas text uninked. So I was able to use the magical for a completly different occasion.

I’ve added some white and orange iridescent sequins to the clouds.

And here you get the promised glimpse into the world of fairies, elves and other magical creatures. Did you know the sky is rainbow colored there? 😉

Again I’ve used a combination of stencil and Distress Inks to create the sky. I went with Chipped Sapphire, Blueprint Sketch, Dusty Concorde, Seedless Preserves and Picked Raspberry here. Then I used a different stencil and white ink to add bubbles to the sky. I just love the idea of how there are bubbles flying around everywhere, with the fairies playing in between.

Also this cute fairy is having a great time, playing with a little birdie. The fairy and the grass were heat embossed using black embossing powder. I let the background dry really well, but some of the fine powder stuck to it. I wasn’t happy about it first but the longer I looked at it, the more I thought the light black mist is adding some more interest.

Hello!!

This is me Kristina with my Vilda stamps DT project! This time I used adorable Mother and Son stamps set. From the first moment I saw this set I fell in love. This set can be used for various occasions –   Cards for a newborn baby, Birthday cards, Baptism, Mother’s day, even for Christmas (very much reminds of Mary and Little Jesus).

For my card base and front panel I used MFT Elegant Rectangle Stax Die-namics. On the background I first applied Wilted Violet and Seedless Presserves Distress Oxide inks.After that I used Radiating Rays Stencil from MFT and with spatula I applied White texture paste. I love this technique because it gives something especially to the whole project.

I stamped image from the set with Copic Friendly Extreme Black ink and colored with My Copic Markers. I used: V12, V15 and V17     /  C1, C3, C5, C7    /  E000, E00, E08, E09, E13, E15, E17, E19, E21, E23, E93 and E95. I also added some white gel pen for details. For my sentiment I used some stickers from My Mind Eye’s.

Hi there again.

So for my second post today I will show you another bookmarks that I made.
I like this ones since you put them in the corner of the sheet in your book and then close it. Have to make them as flat as possible of course but still wanted to decorate them a little bit. I love this bookmarks! So easy to do and perfect to make if you just have some small bits and pieces left from your paperscraps. The biggest pieces I have used here are just 10×10 cm.

Again I have used textstamps from vildas no v828.

Hi there!
So for today I have made some bookmarks for you.
This first one is made lika a tag and since it supose to bee in a book I tried to make it as flat as possible of course. I love the romantic toutch of this one, perfect for a book with romance. 😉 …wich is the boooks I love to read..giggle…
I love this kit of bookmarkstamps from Vildas, it is v828.

Hello Everyone and Happy Easter! Mindy here with you today sharing an Adorable Easter Card that I created using the New Easter Figures stamp V862 from Vilda Stamps.

Products used:

Easter Figures V862

Copic Markers Used:

Skin: E04, E21, E11, E00, E000, E0000, RV21, RV000

Hair: E15, E43, E41, Y00

Outfit: C5, C3, C1, B00, Y00, RV04, RV21, RV000, G05, YG11, YG00

To create my card first I stamped the super Adorable Easter Bunny Girl onto 110 lb. plain white card stock. Next I colored the image in with the Copics listed Above. I then fussy cut her out and attached her to the front of my card base with foam tape for some added dimension. To finish I added some coordinating die cuts, flowers, and pearls.

Hej igen!

Nu blir det detta årets sista påskkorts-inlägg från mig och vad passar väl bättre än denna supersöta påsktupp (V835)

Denna stämpel tillhör samma set som jag påskharen som jag tidigare har visat.

Till texten har jag använt stämpeln Påskhälsning (V276) som jag enbossat i ljus lila.

Motivet är väldigt roligt att färglägga. Det behövs inte mycket när motivet är så här sött.

Jag har färglagt motivet med Copics, nyanserna står nedan.

Jag har använt äggen från samma set som tuppen, som dekorering till insidan av kortet.

Nu återstår bara att skicka kortet till någon, vi får se vem som snart får ett kort i brevlådan.

Hej allesammans!

Då var det min tur att blogga igen.

Det känns lite avigt att det är massor med snö ute och att det snart är påsk men våren är på väg, vilket århundrade som helst :-).

Även denna gång blir det ett påsk-kort fast med en annan stämpel.

Ett enkelt kort med denna ljuvlig påsktupp som håller en så fin påsklilja.

Jag kan inte annat än älska den och det bästa med denna stämpel är att det finns en precis likadan stämpel, fast mindre, i samma set.

Som vanligt är motivet färglagt med Copics. Vilka nyanser jag använt kan ni se sist i inlägget.

Hoppas ni gillade denna lille tupp lika mycket som jag gör.

Jag kommer att blogga ett till kort under dagen, så kika in efter lunch igen.
