Hej igen.

Här kommer dagens andra och då blir det ett bäbiskort.

Som motiv har jag använt en av de två nallarna i setet V180.

Om jag färglagt som jag brukar göra hade det sett ut som nallens päls var slät men nu ville jag att pälsen skulle vara lockig. För att få till det så har jag gjort en massa prickar i olika nyanser istället.

Det är väldigt roligt att göra prickarna, jag lovar att det kommer fler motiv med denna teknik.

Hej allesammans!

Idag är det min tur att blogga.

Det blir det ett födelsekort med en av mina favoriter, Draken Östen (V170). Mina kort brukar vara färgglada och detta kort är inget undantag.

Han ser så lurig ut och passar så bra till barn med sin finurliga uppsyn. Jag valde att färglägga honom ton i ton med det blåa mönstrade pappret, vilka nyanser jag använt ser ni nedan.

Magen och undersidan av svansen är glittriga för att han ska bli extra fin. Klor, tänder och reflektionen i ögat har jag fyllt i med en vit penna.

Till texten har jag använt runda stickers.

Hi there!
So I´m back with my second post for today and I have made a pretty simple birthday card.
I have been using one of the stamps from the kit ” Best friends” V860. 

I also used a part of a stamp from the kit “Svenska grattistexter” V751.
I didn´t want the intire text on my card so I just covered up the part i didn´t want on my card and then stamped the rest.
It´s a really good way to be able to use your textstamp in several ways I think!

Hello everyone!

In this post I want to share a birthday card I made. Does it ever happen to you that you plan to make i. e. a male birthday card, but the result is different? That’s what happened to me here. I wanted to make a male birthday card and when it was finished I looked at it and thought “this could also work for a woman – or for any other occasion than a birthday as well”. So, this is the card I am talking about:

The card is made from craft colored cardstock and part of the front was replaced with transparency.

To the top I’ve added a piece of a doily, wrapping it around the fold a bit.

To the bottom I’ve stamped a few splats from the Splats Kit, then added a few green Enamel Dots and a die cut “cheers”. To attach this I’ve used dimensional tape. It was a bit tricky to cut it down small enough to fit the letters, but it worked.

For the image I went with the Bottles. I’ve stamped all three sizes from the set and colored them in with Copics. Then I’ve covered them with a thick layer of Glossy Accents to make them look like real glass, but you can’t see it on the picture.

I’ve glued a piece of white cardstock to the inside of the card. But the plain white cardstock looked exactly that: plain. So I used the squares from the Squares, Circle and Star set and stamped it onto the white cardstock first. Then I used Versamark ink and a light blue embossing powder to add the star on top.

Hello everyone!

It’s the 21st of the month and that means it’s me, Kathrin, posting some inspiration for you today.

I love to make boxes but I realized I haven’t shown one here for quite a while. So let’s start the day with a simple box:

I needed a small box for a special item and really wanted to use the Flowers Geranium and Roses Set. But the stamps were too big for the size of box I needed. So I’ve decided to stamp the image over the folds of the die cut box. So now there are parts of the image on two sides of the box:

I really like how the image continues on the other side of the box!

I wanted a soft look so I’ve used soft green, light pink and a light brown-ish grey to color the image in. The whole image was covered with clear Wink of Stella and since that wasn’t enough glitter for my taste I’ve also added a few rhinestones around the image.

Leaving the rest of the sides of my box just plain white seemed boring. So I used a light blue ink and different stamps from the Splats Kit to add some splats to all four sides, making sure the splats continue over the folds of the box as well.

To close the box I used some blue and white twine and tied a thin tag to the box with it. Onto the tag I’ve stamped one of the sayings from the same flower set. Then I’ve added a few paper flowers and a larger rhinestone to decorate the top of my box.

This is me Kristina with my Vilda Stamps DT project ! This time I used Father and Daughter stamps set.

First I die cut panel with Blueprints 27. After that I stamped little girl from the set on panel and colored her  with Copic Markers. Next step was masking teckhnique. With MFT Big Balloons stencil I applied several distress inks and created background.  I also added some details with Uni Ball white gel pen on girl and on balloons.

For my sentiment I die cut Happy Birthday with Cause for Celebration Die-namics from white paper.

Distress inks:
