Handmade Papers

Hi everyone!
Since I felt like playing with my Distress Ink Pads and Vilda Stamps I made my own background papers and flowers for my today’s projects.
The first one, which I would like to show you, is this card with the main image Steampunk Key V651.
For the paper I used the stamps Steampunk Key V651, Letter Context V260, Corner2 V299, Grunge Swirl V540, Splash Background V283 and Three Medium Keys V45.
But first I smeared the watercolour paper with Distress Inks Pumice Stone and Victorian Velvet.
Then I stamped all images with Pumice Stone and sprayed the paper with Glimmer Mist Pearl.
While the paper was drying, I coloured the main image with the same Distress colours, which I used for the papers.
As the paper was dried, I die cut petals, built a flower and attached this with a brad onto the card.
For further decoration I used a crochet lace, a doily lace, rhinestones and head pins, die cut keys and swirls, punched out a butterfly and tied a bow and fastened it also with a brad.
