Om en vecka är det mors dag, och jag har gjort en liten tags att hänga på paketet kanske som man ska ge sin lilla mamma.

I mitt första inlägg idag visar jag ett litet kort som passar att ge till en lite äldre cool tjej 🙂

Hello again!

It’s still Kathrin here and as promised I have another creation made using one of the newest stamps from Vildastamps. Well, my family and me love to have barbecues – either just us or with friends. And so I knew I had to have the new Chef stamp the moment I saw it. And what better than combining the love for BBQs and the love for stamping than making an invitation to a BBQ party?

It is kept kind of simple, with just two layers of paper, a cut out party garland, the die cut apron and the yummy burger. The text was made using a Dymo label writer. I used the checked paper for the circle because it reminds me of a kitchen towel or table cloth which goes great with the food theme.

And this is the cute little Chef V841. He’s really doing a great job grilling the food – and if I concentrate on him I can hear the meat sizzle and smell the flavours of the grilled sausages… Just seems like they need a little longer on the grill. 😉

Okay, I got hungry now – off to prepare a BBQ for tonight. Have a happy day!

Hello everyone!

It’s Kathrin here today and I am sharing some creations made using with the most recent release from Vildastamps. So, let’s start with this card, that I made for someone who loves to garden and make flowers bloom and grow:

The card itself is made in the shape of an apron. It can be opened like a regular card. I cut the card base from white cardstock and added a slightly smaller apron shape from designer’s paper to put on top.

Then I added a  fake pocket with some flowers on top and some ribbon and two buttons to the top of the apron.

The flower names are from the German Lyrics V739 stamp set. They were cut out from a german rhyme which names a few flowers and then says all those wither but the one which is called forget-me-not. Don’t know if this makes any sense in english or any other language but here it is pretty common for those friendship books. However, I liked the flower names with the image.

And this is the cute Gardener V840 image I used. She was colored in with Copics, then cut out around the stamped lines. She got a green apron – that’s what I think of when thinking of a gardener – and matching shoes. To stay within one color family I colored her dress in using a blue-ish green. And for some more color I added some yellow.

Hello again Vilda Stamp Fans! I have one last card that I would like to share with you today. For my second project I created this Sweet Wishes Strawberry Girl Card.

For my card I used the following stamp set:

Boy with Slingshot and Strawberry Girl: V834

To create my card first I cut my mats and frames from plain card stock. I then inked all of the paper edges to add more dimension. Next I stamped the strawberry girl and 2 strawberries onto the top frame to create my scene. After that I colored all of the images and the grass with Copics, and then layered Prismacolor Premier Pencils over the top for the highlights. Once I finished coloring my scene, I then attached all of the layers to my card base. To finish I added flowers, glitter die cuts, and rhinestones for some extra sparkle and embellishment. I hope that you all have a wonderful day, and are inspired to make your own amazing creations using Vilda Stamps! DT Mindy

Hello Everyone! Today I want to share with you my first Guest Design Team Project for Vilda Stamps. For my project I created this Make a Wish Elf Card.

To make my card I used the following Vilda Stamp Goodies:

Small Houses Kit: V688

Butterflies: V409

Elf Stretches Out His Arms: V371

To create my card first I cut my card base and card mat from plain and patterned card stock. I then stamped all of the images onto plain white 110 lb. card stock. To color the images I used Copics and then layered Prismacolor Premier Pencils over the top for my highlights. Once I was finished coloring the images in, I then fussy cut them out. Next I attached all of the images to my card base with foam tape to give my card some added dimension. To finish my card I added ribbon and rhinestones for some extra sparkle and embellishment.
